Description Leopard Creek borders the picturesque Crocodile River and the Kruger National Park and this 360-hectare development represents African golf at its best. Typical bushveld koppies overlook the course and provide an ideal backdrop for a magnificent course. The ultimate vision of Leopard Creek, built by Gary Player, was to create an Augusta in Africa and no expense has been spared creating this masterpiece that is Leopard Creek!
The model for Leopard Creek is exclusivity. Membership is by invitation only and members include the likes of Ernie Else and Jack Nicklaus. Guests staying at the Malalane Sun Intercontinental Hotel may get on the course only by successful application and R1300 green fees - this course is the most expensive course to play on in South Africa. Some golfers rate the course, and the whole golfing experience, as being better than both Fancourt Montagu and the Gary Player Country Club.
