The Plettenberg

Situated in the coastal town of Plettenberg Bay, the location is a prime holiday destination. The hotel has 2 swimming pools, one of which is heated, where you can relax in the water while gazing out over the Indian Ocean with its large whale and dolphin populations.

Rooms

The Plettenberg has 37 rooms and suites. The rooms are spacious and air-conditioned for your comfort and made for convenience.

Double rooms - These air-conditioned double rooms offer the stunning style and decor as the suites, but do not have sea views.

Luxury Double rooms - These spacious rooms are air-conditioned with small step-out balconies. They are en suite with walk-in showers and heated flooring. Some rooms have sea views.

Suites - These spacious, air-conditioned suites have a separate lounge and bedroom with magnificent sea views. They have an en suite bathroom and under carpet floor heating.

Premier Suites - These individually decorated suites haved varied sea views. Most of the premier suites have step-out balconies, but all are air-conditioned and have under floor heating.

Dining

Sand at the Plettenberg offers modern South African cuisine. You can enjoy views of Formosa Bay while you have your dinner. A delicious buffet breakfast is offered.

The Sandbar serves excellent cocktails as you watch the beautiful sunset.

You can choose to end off your day with a romantic and private dinner for 2 in the award-winning wine cellar.
