Grande Roche is a gracious restored 18th century manor estate centred on a working vineyard. The historic Manor House on the estate has undergone a complete refurbishment in order to make it more stylish whilst retaining its classic elegance and sense of place that has been a hallmark since its opening.
The estate consists of 36 guest quarters and a restaurant with an impressive array of culinary accolades to its name. Its superbly stocked cellar has close on 300 vintage wines, in addition to more than 6 500 bottles; this is Cape wine country at its best.
The facilities at Grande Roche are extensive. There is wifi Internet available in public areas, as well as laptops available at the front desk. For sports fundis there are floodlit tennis courts, 2 swimming pools and a gymnasium as well as nearby golf courses, hiking and horse riding trails.
