Whether you are an amateur or seasoned golfer you can play on the impressive 18-hole golf course. The design takes advantage of the natural features and hazards giving you a truly unique golfing experience.

The Steenberg Hotel's massive grounds contain 2 swimming pools, a large terrace and a basic gym. If relaxation is your intention, you can take advantage of massage treatments, beauty consultants and a hairdresser.

For an extra special experience choose one of the Heritage Suites, which were created as a means of celebrating the hotel's national monument status. The interiors of the buildings have been updated while their exteriors remain unaltered.

Rooms

All the rooms are air-conditioned. Many of the rooms have private patios where guests can relax and revitalize their senses.

The Heritage Suites were conceived as a tribute to the national monument status honouring the buildings. Each represents a different historic period and gives it a modern twist.

Dining

Catharina’s, is a 90-seat restaurant that has been designed with a contemporary feel in mind. The designers have created a worldly interior with an injection of Africa by using tactile and inviting fabrics covering locally-made timber furniture.

The award winning cuisine and exquisite wine list will make your dining experience one never to forget.

Guests will be stunned by the great views of False Bay, the Steenberg Mountains and the surrounding vineyards as they enjoy their meal.

You can also attend wine tastings which are available daily excluding Sundays and public holidays.
